At Sunrise, one of Switzerland’s leading telecom providers, I’ve been working across the entire e-commerce ecosystem, collaborating with multiple product teams to evolve and optimise the Sunrise eShop.
My focus spans the entire customer journey, from discovery to purchase, including device and accessory browsing, product configuration, promotional logic, and a streamlined checkout experience.
The initiatives I’ve contributed to have helped increase user satisfaction, reduce bounce rates, and improve overall conversion metrics.

At Emma, I collaborated on the design and launching of the new company design system and e-commerce scalable platform within a UX team of around 15 people.
I participated in several projects and UX initiatives, but I highlight my collaboration with the Checkout product team redesign and optimization of the checkout journey. I was responsible for defining workflows, user interactions, mockups, and hi-fi prototypes. Additionally, I was responsible for defining and handing off technical front-end documentation to the developers.
I also collaborated with cross-functional teams, including marketing, country teams, and development, to create innovative visual components to improve multiple categories discoverability.
More recently, I have been collaborating with the Customer Communication team to provide clear information to customers on the Order Status Page, helping them manage their order delivery expectations. I have also been collaborating with the Order Management team to simplify and optimize the internal order system portal of the company.

As a Indra consultant, I have rejoined the advising investment platform project that I previously worked on at Novabase. This time, my focus was on adapting the portal to meet the specific requests and needs of corporate customers. In this role, I was responsible for the interaction design, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to ensure a seamless user experience for corporate clients.

As a consultant at Just Tech Sweden, I collaborated with the digital design agency BBH Stockholm to assist in the maintenance and development of the audiobook/ebook iOS app Bokus Play. My role involved implementing updates, bug fixes, and enhancements to ensure the iOS app functioned smoothly and provided an optimal user experience.

At Novabase, I was responsible for the maintenance and total refactoring of the iOS Bankinter Portugal mobile banking app. As a designer, I conducted user research, defined workflows, concepts, created high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups. I also helped to develop new visual elements for a design system and a new navigation system, simplifying the user experience throughout the app.
Additionally, I worked as a Product Designer in the creation of an advising investment platform for another financial institution. This web app would allow account managers to take care of private customer investment portfolios and help them advise on the best products. I conducted user interviews, ideation sessions, performed interaction design, and delivered low-fidelity wireframes.

iOS Developer at KCS IT

As a consultant at KCS IT, I collaborated with a team of more than 5 people, including Android developers and a backend specialist, to develop new features for the BBVA Portugal mobile banking app and provide maintenance for other internal apps.
In addition to my iOS development responsibilities, I also helped with product design by assisting in defining user interactions and providing UI mockups and hi-fi prototypes. This significantly increased the overall engagement and usability of the apps.
